Community-run from top to bottom, it's the place to grab a coffee in the morning, catch up over a pint in the evening, or just meet friends in between.
Since 1830, this Grade II listed pub has been part of the fabric of Padbury life. Now it's open again, brought back to life by a team of local volunteers.
Neighbours behind the bar. Friends in the café. Local people giving their time, energy and belief to something worth saving. The doors are open, the lights are on, and there's a warm welcome waiting.
A bar, a café, and a garden terrace for when the sun's out - there's a spot here for however you fancy spending your time.

Do you serve food?
Our cafe serves a selection of hot and cold beverages including great coffee and a selection of home made cakes. As we develop the business we aim to install a kitchen allowing us to expand into further food options.
Can you host private events?
Absolutely. We offer the ability for groups to reserve one of our bars for private events ranging from birthdays and christening parties, through to local clubs just wanting a get together. Just email us to ask.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes we are very dog friendly!
